A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
CONTRACTS FOR THE REHABILITATION OF SIX HOUSES UNDER THE 1976 HOUSING
ASSISTANCE PROGRAM OF THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF FAYETTE-
VILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they hereby are, authorized
and directed to execute contracts for the rehabilitation of houses
located at the addresses set out below with the construction companies
set out below at contract prices set out below:
225 E. North Street - Garfinkel Construction Co. - $3,907.00
232 E. 13th Street - Garfinkel Construction Co. - $3,451.00
161 E. Meadow - Bradley Construction Co. - $2,685.00
610 Happy Hollow Road - Bradley Construction Co. - $4,025.00
816 So. College - Bradley Construction Co. - $2,040.00
501 Blair - T & S Construction Co. - $3,295.00
That copies of said contracts are attached hereto and made a
part hereof.
