A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SALE OF 3.97 ACRES OF INDUSTRIAL
PARK PROPERTY TO BARGO ENGINEERING, INC.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the Board of Directors hereby approves
the sale of 3.97 acres of industrial park property to Bargo
Engineering, Inc. for the sum of $9,445.00.
Section 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to execute a Warranty Deed to Bargo
Engineering, Inc. for 3.97 acres of industrial park property.
A copy of said deed, marked Exhibit "A", is attached hereto
and made a part hereof.

WARRANTY DEED
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENT:
That City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, a municipal corporation,
for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and
other good and valuable consideration to it in hand paid by Bargo
Engineering, Inc., do hereby grant, bargain and sell unto the
said Bargo Engineering, Inc., and unto its successors and assigns,
the following described lands, situate in Washington County,
Arkansas, to -wit:
A tract of land located In Section 23, Township 16
North, Range 30 West, said tract being a part of Lot
4 of the Fayetteville Industrial Park Subdivision as
per plat of said subdivision on file in the office of
the Circuit Clerk and Ex -Officio Recorder of Washington
County, Arkansas, and being more particularly described
as follows: Beginning at a point which.. is North 1° 03'
East 1415.92 feet and South 89° 56' East 705.01 feet from
the SW corner of Section 23; thence North 1° 03' East
355.0 feet; thence South 89° 56' East 356.94 feet to the
Westerly right of way of Armstrong Road; thence along
said Westerly right of way South 37° 21' East 187.81
feet; thence along said Westerly right of way 235.59
feet on a circular curve to the right with a radius of
778.51 feet; thence North 89° 56' West 590.0 feet to
the point of beginning, containing 3.97 acres and subject
to a 20 foot wide utility easement contiguous and parallel
to each side of the above described tract.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD The said lands and appurtenances thereunto
belonging unto the said Bargo Engineering, Inc., and unto its suc-
cessors and assigns forever. And the said City of Fayetteville,
Arkansas, a municipal corporation, does hereby covenant that
it is lawfully seized of said land and premises; that same
is unincumbered, and it will forever warrant and defend title
to said lands against all claims whatever.
