A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE A CHANGE ORDER IN THE CITY'S CONTRACT WITH WORTH
JAMES CONSTRUCTION COMPANY FOR CONSTRUCTION OF WATER LINES
IN THE CITY'S WEST GROWTH AREA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they hereby are,
authorized and directed to execute a change order in the
City's contract with Worth James Construction Company to
add additional water distribution lines to the City's West
growth area water system at an estimated cost of $33,000.00.
A copy of said change order, marked Exhibit "A", is attached
hereto and made a part hereof.
