RESOLUTION NO. 717-75

A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE A QUITCLAIM DEED TO ORA LEE EDWARDS FOR A PORTION OF
LOT 4 OF CITY ADDITION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they hereby are,
authorized and directed to execute a Quitclaim Deed to Ora Lee
Edwards for part of Lot 4 of City Addition. A copy of said deed,
marked Exhibit "A", is attached hereto and made a part hereof.

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: t
THAT the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas,
a municipal corporation
for and in the consideration of the sum of
one and no/$ 1.00 ($ 1.00)
to us in hand paid by Donald Lee Edwards,
and Helen Edwards, his wife, Beulah Fay
Howard, Billie Sue Gurke, and Ora Lee Edwards
do hereby grant, sell and quitclaim unto the
said Donald Lee Edwards, and Helen Edwards,
his wife, Beulah Fay Howard, Billie Sue Gurke,
and Ora Lee Edwards and unto their heirs and
assigns forever, the following described land,
situate in Washington County, State of Arkansas,
to -wit:

A part of Lot 4 of City Addition to the City of Fayetteville, Washington County,
Arkansas, more particularly described as follows, to wit: Beginning at the southwest
corner of the above said Lot 4, and running thence North 24 feet, thence S 26° 51'E
26.9 feet, thence West 11 feet to the point of beginning containing 132 Sq. feet.
To have and to hold the same unto the said Donald Lee Edwards, and Helen Edwards,his wife,
Beulah Fay Howard, Billie Sue Gurke, and Ora Lee Edwards, with all appurtenances thereunto
belonging.
