RESOLUTION NO. 88-76
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO CONTINUE THE
AGREEMENT WITH THE NORTHWEST ARKANSAS REGIONAL PLANNING COMMISSION FOR
TECHNICAL AND STAFF SUPPORTIVE SERVICES FOR THE COMPLETION OF THE COMMU-
NITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT APPLICATION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE,
ARKANSAS:
That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they hereby are, authorized
and directed to request technical and consultant services with the North-
west Arkansas Regional Planning Commission to provide assistance in com-
pleting the 1976 Community Development Block Grant Application. Said
authorization is to be executed in accordance with paragraph 3 of the
agreement between the City of Fayetteville and the Northwest Arkansas
Regional Planning Commission dated November 22, 1974. A copy of the hourly
rates to apply is marked as "Exhibit A" and is attached hereto and made a
part hereof.
