RESOLUTION NO. 14'-'/S
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
A LEASE AGREEMENT WITH WASHINGTON COUNTY FOR RENTAL OF THE BASE-
MENT OF THE OLD POST OFFICE BUILDING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they hereby are,
authorized and directed to execute a Lease Agreement with
Washington County for rental of the basement of the Old Post
Building for use as a "PlTstop School" - a schoolfor high
school drop -outs throughout Washington County, operated by
the Fayetteville Public School System. A copy of said Lease
Agreement, marked Exhibit "A", is attached hereto and made
a part hereof. /�
