A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE A CHANGE ORDER IN THE CITY'S CONTRACT WITH TRI -CITY
CONSTRUCTION COMPANY TO AUTHORIZE THE CONSTRUCTION OF A SEWERAGE
SYSTEM IN THE CITY OF GREENLAND, ARKANSAS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they
hereby are, authorized and directed to execute a change order
in the City's contract with Tri -City Construction Company to
authorize the construction of a sewerage system in the City of
Greenland, Arkansas. A copy of said change order, marked
Exhibit "A", is attached hereto and made a part hereof.
Section 2. That this Resolution shall be effective upon
receipt from the City of Greenland and Greenland Sewer District
Number 2 of an executed contract for the purchase of sewer service
from the City of Fayetteville, said,contract to contain substan-
tially the same terms as those contained in the Sewer Purchase
Contract executed by the City of Farmington, Arkansas, and Farming-
ton Sewer District Number 2.
