A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY ATTORNEY TO INSTITUTE CONDEMNATION
PROCEEDINGS FOR THE ACQUISITION OF EASEMENTS NECESSARY FOR THE CONSTRUCTION
OF A SEWER LINE TO SERVE THE WYMAN, STONE BRIDGE ROAD AREA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE,
ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the City Attorney be, and he hereby is, authorized
anddirected to institute condemnation proceedings against the following
described tracts and property owners for the purpose of acquiring
easements necessary for the construction of a sewer line to serve the
Wyman, Stone Bridge Road area:
TRACT
SBS -41
SBS -46
OWNER
Mamie Atkison
William Bradley
Section 2. That the condemnation proceedings authorized hereby
shall be instituted in the event the necessary easements cannot be ob-
tained by negotiation. /
