BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they hereby are,
authorized and directed to execute an agreement amending
the term of the lease executed by and between the City of
Fayetteville, Arkansas, and Scheduled Skyways, Inc., on
May 21, 1974. A copy of said amendment to lease agreement
is attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A", and made a part
hereof.

day of i , 197.47 -by and between
the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, a municipal corporation,
hereinafter called "Lessor", and Scheduled Skyways, Inc.,
an Arkansas corporation, hereinafter called "Lessee."
WHEREAS, the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, a municipal
corporation, and Scheduled Skyways, Inc., an Arkansas corporation,
executed a lease agreement on May 21, 1974; and
WHEREAS, under the terms of said agreement Scheduled Sky-
ways, Inc., leased from the City of Fayetteville a certain
tract of land at Drake Field and a hanger to be constructed
on said tract by the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas; and
WHEREAS, said lease provides that the term thereof shall
be for a period of ten years beginning September 1, 1974; and
WHEREAS, due to circumstances beyond the control of the
City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, construction of the aforesaid
hanger was not completed until on or about November 1, 1974.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT MUTUALLY AGREED BY AND BETWEEN THE
PARTIES HERETO:
1. That paragraph #2 of that certain lease agreement dated May 21, 1974,
executed by and between the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas,
and Scheduled Skyways, Inc., be, and the same hereby is,
amended to read as follows:
2. Lessor and lessee agree that the term of this
lease shall be for a period of ten years beginning
November 1, 1974.
