A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
AN AGREEMENT WITH THE ARKANSAS STATE HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT FOR THE
INSTALLATION AND OPERATION OF FLASHING WARNING BEACONS AT THE
INTERSECTION OF OLD WIRE ROAD AND CROSSOVER ROAD.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS.
That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they hereby are,
authorized and directed to execute an agreement with the
Arkansas State Highway Department for the installation and opera-
tion of flashing warning beacons at the intersection of Old Wire
Road and Crossover Road (Arkansas Highway 265 North).
