RESOLUTION NO. 4/1- 96'
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A 1.5 ACRE
TRACT OF LAND LOCATED AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF CROSSOVER
ROAD AND OLD WIRE ROAD FOR CITY PARK PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby,
authorized and directed to purchase from Mr. James D. Skillern
a 1.5 acre tract of land located at the Southwest corner of
Crossover Road and Old Wire Road for the purpose of developing
a city park on said tract of land.
Section 2. That the sum of $540.00 is hereby appropriated
from Community Development Funds for the aforesaid purchase.
