RESOLUTION NO. 41-2-1g.

A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH JIMMY TAYLOR & COMPANY TO GUARANTEE
INSTALLATION OF STREET LIGHTS IN THAT PORTION OF COUNTRY
CLUB ESTATES CONTAINED IN A REPLAT OF LOTS 97 THORUGH 110
AND LOTS 112 THROUGH 117 THEREOF.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they hereby are,
authorized and directed to execute a contract, with Jimmy
Taylor & Company to guarantee installation of street lights
in that portion of Country Club Estates contained in a replat
of Lots 97 through 110 and Lots 112 through 117 thereof. A
copy of said contract, marked Exhibit "A", is attached hereto
and made a part hereof.
