A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A CHANGE ORDER IN THE CITY'S
CONTRACT WITH TRI -CITY CONSTRUCTION COMPANY FOR THE CONSTRUC-
TION. OF SANITARY SEWERS UNDER CONTRACT SECTION 1 OF PROJECT
DHUD NO. WSF-AR-06-37-1001 AND EPA NO. WPC -Ark -329 BY DELETING
DEDUCTIVE ALTERNATES 4 and 5.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That achange order deleting deductive alternates 4 and 5
from Contract Section 1 with Tri -City Construction Company for
water and sewer projects DHUD No. WSF-AR-06-37-1001 and EPA No.
WPC -Ark -329 be, and the same is hereby, authorized.
