A RESOLUTION APPROPRIATING $50,400 FROM THE CITY'S
WATER AND SEWER FUNDS FOR CONSTRUCTION OF THE EAST CENTER
STREET SEWER PROJECT DELETED FROM THE 1975 COMMUNITY DE-
VELOPMENT PLAN.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the sum of $50,400 be, and the same is hereby,
appropriated from the City's Water and Sewer Department
funds for the purpose of constructing the East Center Street
sewer project deleted from the City's 1975 community develop-
ment plan
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS
1975.
