A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY,MANAGER TO FILE AN
AMENDED APPLICATION FOR COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT
FUNDS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:

That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized
and directed to file an amended application for, Community
Development Block Grant Funds which application shall delete
the East Center Street sewer project in the amount of $50,400
contained in the City's present application, and shall au-
thorize the use of said $50,400 as a portion of the City's
matching funds for DHUD Project Numbered WSF-AR-06-37-1001.
