RESOLUTION NO. 0,901-6.-
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE AN ADDENDUM TO THE CITY'S LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH
SCHEDULED SKYWAYS TO CLARIFY CONTINGENCIES IN THE EVENT OF
DAMAGE OR DESTRUCTION TO PREMISES COVERED THEREBY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they hereby are,
authorized and directed to execute an addendum to the City's
License Agreement with Scheduled Skyways, in order to clarify
contingencies in the event of damage or destruction to the
premises covered thereby. A copy of said Addendum, marked
Exhibit "A", is attached hereto and made a part hereof.
