A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ALLOCATION OF FOUR THOUSAND,
TWO HUNDRED, TWO DOLLARS AND TWENTY CENTS ($4,202.20) FROM THE
1974 REVENUE SHARING CONTINGENCY FUND TO FAYETTEVILLE STREET
IMPROVEMENT DISTRUCT NUMBER 74-1 TO PROVIDE THE BALANCE OF
CONSTRUCTION FUNDS NECESSARY TO COMPLETE THE EVA AVENUE PAVING
PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the assessed benefits for property within Fayette-
ville Street Improvement District Number 74-1, organized for
the purpose of improving Eva Avenue from Wedington Drive South
to the dead-end of Eva Avenue, do not equal or exceed the cost
of the project; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors hereby determines that it
would be in the best interest of the City for said project to
be completed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the sum of Four Thousand, Two Hundred and Two Dollars
and Twenty Cents ($4,202.20) be, and the same is hereby, allocated
from the 1974 Revenue Sharing Contingency Fund to provide the
balance of construction funds necessary for Fayetteville Street
Improvement District Number 74-1 to improve Eva Avenue from
Wedington Drive South to the dead-end of Eva Avenue.
