A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING
EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH MAX R.
CATION OF A PORTABLE BUILDING
MASTER STREET PLAN FOR FUTURE
AND TWENTY-SECOND STREET.
THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
GREENWOOD REGARDING THE LO-
ON PROPERTY DESIGNATED BY THE
EXTENSIONS OF COLLEGE AVENUE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they hereby are,
authorized and directed to execute a contract with Max R.
Greenwood, whereby Mr. Greenwood will be permitted to locate
a portable building on a portion of his property, designated
by the master street plan, for future extensions of College
Avenue and Twenty -Second Street, and pursuant to which Mr.
Greenwood agrees to remove said portable building upon receipt
of notice from the City.
A copy of said contract, marked Exhibit "A", is attached
hereto and made a part hereof.
