A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO FILE AN APPLICATION WITH
THE HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT AGENCY FOR A COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT
PROGRAM OF FUNDS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE,
ARKANSAS:
That the City Manager be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed to
file an application with the Housing and Urban Development Agency for the
Community Development Block Grant funds authorized under Public Law 93-383;
such funds to be used to implement the Community Development Block Grant Program
for the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas.
