A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR AND ADOPTING AN OPERATING
BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS FOR THE FISCAL
YEAR 1976, AND APPROPRIATING MONEY FOR THE OPERATION OF VARIOUS
CITY DEPARTMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the amounts of funds for each City
Department as set forth in the 1976 Annual Budget and Work
Program attached hereto and made a part hereof are hereby
authorized and appropriated for the purposes set forth.
Section 2. That all revenues in the 1976 Annual Budget
and Work Program are estimated and all appropriations are
authorized pending available resources and fund balances.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 16th DAY OF DECEMBER, 1975.
