A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR AND ADOPTING AN OPERATING BUDGET
FOR THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS, FOR THE FISCAL YEAR OF 1975,
AND APPROPRIATING MONEY FOR THE OPERATION OF VARIOUS CITY DEPARTMENTS;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, Section 2 of Act No. 28 of 1959 provides that the
City Board of Directors shall adopt a budget for the operation of
the City government for each fiscal year; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager has prepared a preliminary budget

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the amounts of funds for each department
as set forth in the 1975 General Fund Budget attached hereto and
made a part hereof are hereby authorized and appropriated for the
purposes set forth.
Section 2. All revenues in the 1975 General Fund Budget
are estimated and all appropriations are authorized pending available
resources including revenues and fund balances.
