HomeMy WebLinkAbout71-74 RESOLUTION• RESOLUTION NO, 1/-471,- A RESOLUTION EXPRESSING THE POSITION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS REGARDING THE PROPOSED LARGE=SCALE DEVELOPMENT OF WAL-MART PROPERTIES, INCORPORATED, ON FARMINGTON ROAD, WHEREAS, Wal-Mart Properties, Inc.,, has submitted a large-scale development plan for property located South of Farmington Road; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Fayetteville, has recommended approvalJ• of the proposed plan subject to4,certain conditions which are unacceptable to Wal-Mart Properties, Inc.; and WHEREAS, in an effort Mart Properties, Inc., has to express its position on alternative proposals.
