RESOLUTION NO. 7-74,
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER
TO FILE AN APPLICATION TO THE ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION
AGENCY FOR A FEDERAL GRANT UNDER PUBLIC LAW 92-500 TO
ASSIST IN ENGINEERING STUDIES OF THE CITY'S SEWERAGE
SYSTEM
WHEREAS, the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas deems it necessary and
proper to apply for a federal grant under the Federal Water Pollution Con-
trol Act Amendments of 1972, Public Law 92-500, and the rules and regulations
pursuant thereto.
Now, therefore, be it resolved by the Board of Directors of the City
of Fayetteville, Arkansas that Donald L. Grimes, City Manager, or his
.successor, is hereby authorized and directed to make application for a
grant under Public Law 92-500 and the rules and regulations pursuant thereto,
and to sign the acceptance of the grant, when made, and any other necessary
documents required to complete the project on behalf of the above named
applicant. -
