That the sum of Twenty ThousandiFour4 Hundred Twelve Dollars
Fifty Cents ($20,412.50) is/hereby appropriated from the Con-
tingency Fund of the Water and'SewerBudget for the purpose of
constructing the remaining portion of the sewer line on Lewis
Street.
