RESOLUTION NO. Si -73
WHEREAS, on February 18, 1972, the City of Fayetteville,
Arkansas, contracted with C $ L Land Company, Inc., and Ralph
Goff, an individual, operating as a partnership, for the oper-
ation of a sanitary landfill site, and
WHEREAS, the aforesaid partnership has proposed a modification
to Section 9(c) of said contract which would increase the rates
set out therein, and
WHEREAS, the City of Fayetteville and the aforesaid part-
nership intended that the rates•setaout in Section 9(c) of the
original contract were to be minimum rates, and
WHEREAS, the City of Fayetteville has determined that the
proposed modification is reasonable and not contrary to the
interests of the City or the general public.

BE IT RESOLVED`BY THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE 'ARKANSAS:
That the Mayor and City Clerk be; and they hereby are, auth-
orized to execute an agreement modifying Section 9(c) of the
aforesaid contract. A copy of this agreement is attached hereto
marked Exhibit "A", and made a part hereof.
