WHEREAS, the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, has previously
authorized the Mayor and City Clerk to execute a Lease Agreement
with Tyson Foods, Inc. for airplane hangar building space at
Drake Field, and
WHEREAS, The Board of Directors deems it desirable to
amend said Lease.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they hereby are,
authorized to execute an amended Lease Agreement with Tyson
Foods, Inc. for airplane hangar space at Drake Field. A copy
of this Lease is attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A" and made
a part hereof.
