BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they hereby are,
authorized to execute an engineering contract with Neil
Albright of Fayetteville, Arkansas, for the extension of a
water main along Gregg Street and Arkansas Highway No. 112
to the northern city limits. A copy of this contract marked
Exhibit "A" is attached hereto and made a part hereof.
