BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they hereby are,
authorized to execute a lease agreement with Tyson's Foods,
Inc. for hangar -building space at Drake Field. A copy of
this lease is attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A" and made
a part hereof.
