BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the Mayor and City Clerk be and they hereby are
authorized to execute a contract guaranteeing that the con-
tractor / developer will install certain improvements (street):
in the large scale development plan submitted by Paul Young,
Inc. for property located on Old Missouri Road North of
Butterfield Trail School.
