BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVI LLE, ARKANSAS:
Thlat the Mayor and the City Clerk be and they are hereby
authorized and directed to execute one certain agreement with the
Arkansas State Highway Department for the installation, operation,
and maintenance of a set of fully actuated traffic lights at the
intersection of Highway 71B and Rolling Hills Drive. A copy of said
agreement is attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A", and made a part
hereof.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 19th day of June 1 1973.
