BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVI LLE, ARKANSAS:
That the Mayor and the City Clerk be and they are hereby
authorized dnd directed to execute one certain contract with Triple "A"
Construction Company of Siloam Springs, Arkansas, for the construction
of a sewer line on Winwood Drive and 'Viewpoint Drive in the,Ciiiiof
Fayetteville, Arkansas. A copy of:said contract is attached hereto,
