RESOLUTION NO. 3/-73
•
WHEREAS, Jack Sowder, a faithful and loyal member of the
Civil Service Commission of the City of. Fayetteville, Arkansas,.
passed away quite suddenly on March 31, 1973 and;
WHEREAS, as a member of the Civil Service Commission, Jack
Sowder performed his duties in an honorable manner and was ad-
mired and respected by all;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS extends to the Sowder
family an expression of deep regret and sympathy in the loss of
their loved one and of our good friend and public servant, Jack
Sowder.
