BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they hereby are,
authorized and directed to execute a construction agreement
with the Arkansas State Highway Department for turn radii
improvements under the topics program. A copy of the con-
struction agreement is attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A"
and made a part hereof.
