RESOLUTION NO. 24-73
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the Mayor and City Clerk be and they are hereby authorized
and directed to execute the construction agreement between the City of
Fayetteville, Arkansas and the Arkansas State Highway Department attached
hereto, marked Exhibit "A", and made a part hereof.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 13th day of March, 1973.
