RESOLUTION NO. /9-73
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
THAT the Mayor and City Clerk be and they hereby are auth-
orized and directed to execute one certain contract for engineering
services with McClellan Consulting Engineers, Inc.
THAT said services are in connection with park development
and a copy of said agreement, marked Exhibit "A" and made a part
hereof is attached hereto.
