RESOLUTION NO. /7-73
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they hereby are, auth-
orized and directed to execute one Correction Warranty Deed from.
the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas to Frank C. Pummill and Arthur
Richard Pummill. A copy of said Correction Warranty Deed is
attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof.
