BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they hereby are,
authorized to execute a street deed dedicating public property
for use for street purposes. A copy of the street deed is
attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A" and made a hereof.

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That for and in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and
other good and valuable considerations, the receipt of which
is hereby acknowledged, the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas,
a municipal corporation, does hereby GRANT, SELL AND CONVEY
unto the Housing Authority of the City of Fayetteville, Ark-
ansas, its successors and assigns, the right of way and
easement to construct and maintain a street on the following
described real estate, to -wit:
A portion of Lots Numbered Eight (8) to Fifteen (15)
inclusive, Block Twenty -Six (26), Original Plat of
.the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, also being des-
cribed as the West Half (W 12) of Block Twenty -Six
(26) of the original town of Fayetteville, Arkansas
and commonly known as the "Wagon Yard" property.
Said portion being more particularly described as
follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the South and West
property lines of the above described property;
thence East along said South property line a distance
of 15 feet to a point, said point being the point of
curvature of a 15 -foot radius curve to the Northwest;
thence along said curve to the Northwest, an arc dis-
tance of 23.662 feet to the point oftangency of said.
curve, said point lying in the West property line;
thence South along the West property line, a distance
of 15 feet to the point of beginning, and containing
in all an area of 48.2850 square feet.
subject to all valid existing contracts, leases, liens or
encumbrances which may affect the property, but without cov-
enant by grantor against the existence thereof.
