BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARDYOF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they hereby are,
authorized and directed to execute a,contract by and between
the developer of Highland Park Subdivision and.the City of
Fayetteville, Arkansas, in which the developer agrees to
install a 12. -inch water line across. Highland Park entry way
for .$2.00,per•foot, plus $20.00 per yard for:rock excavation,
with the City to pay the difference in cost between 8 -inch
pipe and 12 -inch pipe. ;4'
A copy of this contract,. marked Exhibit "A", is attached
hereto and made a part hereof.
