RESOLUTION NO. j,)-73
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they hereby are,
authorized and directed to execute a contract by and between
the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, and the City of Farming-
ton, Arkansas, and the Farmington Sewer District No. 1 and a
contract by and between the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas,
and the City of Greenland, Arkansas and Greenland Sewer Dis-
trict No. 1 pursuant to which the aforesaid cities and sewer
districts agree to purchase sewer service from the City of
Fayetteville, Arkansas, and the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas,
agrees to treat all waste water collected within the afore-
said cities and sewer districts. A copy of these contracts,
marked Exhibit "A" and "B", are attached hereto and made a
part hereof.
