BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby,
authorized and directed to execute a contract by and between
the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, and the developer of
Rosewood Estates Subdivision in which the developer agrees
to provide the City a pump station site, to dedicate easements,
and to construct water lines throughout his subdivision at a
contract price of $10,000. A copy of this contract, marked
Exhibit "A", is attached hereto and made a part hereof.
