BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and hereby are, auth-
orized to execute one certain agreement by and between the
City of Fayetteville and the City of Springdale, the Northwest
Arkansas Regional Planning Commission, Washington County,
Benton County, and the Arkansas State Highway Department which
agreement provides that the parties thereto shall jointly be
responsible for the operation of the continuing planning pro-
cess to be described in "continuing phase program" developed
in accordance with the Federal Highway Administration's
policy established pursuant to Section 134, Chapter 1, Title
23, U.S. Code. A copy of this agreement, marked Exhibit "A"
is attached hereto and made a part hereof.
