BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the Board of Directors hereby acknowledges
receipt of a petition from bicycle enthusiasts in the City of
Fayetteville, which petition requests, among other things, the
establishment of a system of bicycle paths in the city.
Section 2. That the Board of Directors hereby invites
bicycle enthusiasts and/or their representatives to present
proposed plans for a system of bicycle paths to the Planning
Commission for study by the Commission and recommendation to
the Board of Directors.`t'. t
