That the City Manager beand he is hereby authorized to
employ McC1e11and'.Gonsulting Engineers, Inc. to design an improve-
ment and development plan for Fayetteville City Parks, to prepare a
grant application for Federal matching funds, and to prepare grant
estimates for the parks projects.,
