BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE,
ARKANSAS:
THAT the Mayor be, and he hereby is, authorizedand directed to
indicate the acceptance on behalf of the City of Fayetteville, Ark-
ansas, of.a. Public Law 660 Grant from,the`United States Department
of the Interior, Federal Water Pollution -Control Administration. A
copy of the grant document marked Exhibit "A", and made a part hereof
is attached hereto.
