BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF FAYETTE-
VILLE,ARKANSAS:
That the Mayor and City Clerk be and they hereby are authorized
and directed to execute one,certaintamendment to the Airport Agreement
with Fayetteville Flying Service! "That a copy of this amendment is
attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof.
