A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR AND ADOPTING A JOB CLASSIFICATION AND
COMPENSATION PLAN FOR THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS FOR THE FISCAL
YEAR 1973 AND APPROPRIATING MONEY FOR THE OPERATION OF THE JOB CLASSI'�
FICATION AND COMPENSATION PLAN.
WHEREAS, the�City Manager has prepared a preliminary job classifi-
cation and compensation plan which the-Board`of Directors has studied
and reviewed; and it is the opinion of the Board of Directors that the
job classiciation and compensation plan should be approved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:,,I
SECTION I. The job classification and compensation plan attached
hereto and made a part hereof be in the same hereby is approved and
the funds necessary to implement said plan as set forth in the pro-
posed 1973 Annual Budget is hereby authorized and appropriated for the
purposes set forth.
SECTION II. All revenues in the 1973 Annual Budget and Work Program
are estimated and all appropriations are authorized pending available
resources including revenues and fund balances.
