RESOLUTION NO 42.W z
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE,
ARKANSAS:
That the City Manager be and he hereby is authorized to guarantee payment
of $7,500 from the General Fund for the Lake Fayetteville Development
Project. Provided, however, that this pledge of the local share of funds
for said project should be effective only if the City of Springdale,
Arkansas, shall be unable to participate in said project.
