WHEREAS,
the City Planning
Commission
has
had
under
study certain
amendments to the
City land
use
plan,
and
WHEREAS, public hearings were held by the City
Planning Commission after notice was published in a
newspaper of general circulation, and
WHEREAS, after the public hearings the Planning
Commission approved a recommendation to the Board of
Directors of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS:
Section 1. That the amendments to the land use
plan as shown on the plat attached hereto and
made a part hereof, marked, Exhibit "A", be and
the same hereby is adopted and approved as a
guide for future land use planning and development.
Section 2. That the current land use plan adopted
June all, 1970, be and the same hereby is amended
to the extent that said plan conflicts with the
amendments herein adopted.
Section 3. That the planning administrator be and
she hereby is directed to cause to be prepared a
land use map incorporating the amendments approved
herein.
