BE IT RESOLVED BY THE'BOARD-OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the City Manager be and he hereby is authorized and
directed to proceed with the filing of an application for a $1,000,000
loan from the Department of Housing and Urban Development for the rural
water distribution system in the Fayetteville growth area east:
