BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Directors of the
City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, that the Mayor hereby
is authorized and directed to transfer right-of-way
for the construction of Highway No. 265 from the City
of Fayetteville, Arkansas, to the Arkansas State High-
way Department,
